Welcome to BulbaCards! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

📦 ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped with tracking. Orders over $150 will require signature confirmation.

  • Delivery Issues: Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled.
    We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery.

  • Shipping and Billing must match. 

💳 PAYMENTS & FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or hold any order we suspect is fraudulent or high-risk.

  • Require ID or verification for high-value orders or address mismatches.

Important:

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, forwarding addresses, or third-party shipping services.

  • Orders must be shipped to the verified billing address on file with your payment method.

🔄 RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  1. You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

  2. Include photos of the product and shipping materials.

  3. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

  4. All cancellations are subjected to restocking fee of 8%, This will be waived if we are at fault

💥 LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours with photos.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier or insurance provider.
    Replacements or refunds will only be issued after the investigation is completed.

🔐 CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first violates these terms and may result in permanent account ban.

If a package was:

  • Delivered with a signature (including an alternate household member)

  • Delivered to the correct address per tracking
    …then the sale is considered completed, and chargebacks may be denied by your bank.

We reserve the right to dispute any claim and provide tracking, delivery verification, and internal packing evidence.

🃏 POKÉMON PRODUCT POLICY

  • We do not guarantee pulls from sealed products.

  • Sealed products may include packaging variations or promotional inserts that differ slightly from marketing photos. These are not considered defects.

  • Manufacturer defects must be handled directly through Pokémon International or the manufacturer.
